We offer physical gift cards in store however all of the Gift Cards purchased online are provided in electronic format.

Once purchased, the gift card code can be redeemed in full or partially redeemed against any product on our website.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you are unable to redeem a gift card balance within this time please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We are unable to offer any refunds for purchased Gift Cards.

We use Royal Mail for all of our postage options. Tracking will be provided as soon as its available.
